Customer Reviews
Love my new rug!
I got a beautiful Oushak Rug last week and it's perfect! The colors are so vibrant and it feels so soft underfoot. It really brightens up my dining room. The whole process was super easy, and it arrived faster than I thought it would. I'm already looking at another one for my bedroom. Definitely going to shop here again!
Fast shipping, good rug
Ordered a small Entryway Runner. Arrived quickly. Quality is good for the price. Colors match the website. Happy with the purchase.
Got a cool abstract rug
I was looking for something different for my office and found this Abstract Rug. It looked good online, and it looks even better in person. Shipping was free, which is always a plus. It took about five days to get here. No complaints, it came rolled up tight but flattened out fine. I'd buy from them again if I needed another rug.
Good rug, delivery took a while
I ordered a Modern Area Rug for my living room. The rug itself is good quality for the price, better than I expected. The colors were true to the website photos, which is always a relief with rugs. Shipping was free, but it took about 8 days to arrive, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores I use. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the shipping status, but tracking could be more detailed. Overall, a solid purchase, just be prepared for a slightly longer wait.
Positive experience with a Sarouk rug
I purchased a 9x12 Sarouk Rug from Rugsource and had a good experience. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I used the filter options to narrow down my choices by size and origin, which was helpful. After placing the order, I received a confirmation email quickly. The rug shipped out within two business days and arrived on my doorstep in about a week. The packaging was robust, protecting the rug well. Upon unrolling it, the quality of the wool and the intricate pattern were exactly as described and shown in the high-resolution photos online. It laid flat within a couple of days with no major curling. I had a quick question about rug pads before buying and used their online chat, which was answered promptly and courteously. Very satisfied with the product and the overall service.
Reliable for larger rugs
This was my third time buying from Rugsource. I needed a large 10x14 Gabbeh Rug, and I always come back here because their selection for bigger sizes is consistent. My first two orders were also large rugs, and they always deliver exactly what's pictured. This time was no different; the rug arrived in good condition, and the quality was up to par with my previous purchases. They're a reliable source when you need a specific type and size, especially a hand-knotted one.

Does anyone know if their 10% off for signing up for emails can be combined with other sales, like if there's a big holiday sale going on?
Hey, thinking about grabbing one of their Persian rugs. Are they actually legit hand-knotted or is it more like a fancy machine-made thing?
Anyone know how long shipping usually takes to, say, Miami? Need a new rug for a party coming up in a couple weeks.
Thinking about getting a large area rug from RugSource, but also looking at RugsUSA. Any experiences comparing the two, especially on quality for the price?
what's the deal with returns? if i get a rug and it just doesn't look right in my living room, is it a pain to send back?
